The presentation at
the May Classic of the Stallions and ads on the big screen TV looked
fantastic. Thanks to Barb McCalib for letting us use her beautiful
TV. The booth looked great with all the flowers and decorations.
The Garden Party was a SUCCESS!!!
There were many people that stopped and commented on how wonderful
everything looked. I'm so proud of all of the committee that
worked so very hard giving their time and effort. Joyce and Ron
Lawson donated the wonderful cake and the snacks were marvelous.
Thanks to you guys for staying up late and working on the good
things to eat. Thanks to everyone for
donating your time and items for our presentation.
The Stallion People's
Choice Award was such a great idea Jeff Wright and Debbie put
together. Heather Travis won the Trophy. Congrats to Heather and
Spirit Thyme. Also, a drawing was held for two Ribb Crib Dinners
and the winners were Kristen Abrainson and Courtney Waska.
Five different people
stopped to ask to have their stallions put into the next 2009/2011
Stallion Service Auction Futurity. There are also others that have
ask to be in the next SSA.
Now we are getting
geared up for the September 12th,
Halter Clinic, Stallion Service Auction, Barbeque Dinner. We will
also be auctioning off items, drawings and excitement... so be sure
to mark your calendars. Remember it is at Eddie Ralstons Training
Center.
If anyone has any
videos, pictures or etc., of the stallions we are putting in the
2009/2011 auction please give to Jeff Wright or Courtney Waska.
Also, remember if you wish to take a video of your horses Courtney
Waska is available.
Again thanks to you
guys everything was a lot of fun and September 12th should be a
breeze!
