Tulsa State Fair Arabian/Half Arabian Futurity 2005/2007 Stallion Breeding Auction Futurity Rules 1. The auction shall be held at a Green Country Arabian Horse Association sponsored event. 2. Stallion owners will donate stallion service to Tulsa State Fair Futurity to begin at half (50%) his usual stud fee. Services will be auctioned the night of "Stallion Alley" presentation, for those desirous of buying that night. After the close of the activities, all stallion services not sold during the action will be available for purchase by mailed-in sealed bid or official electronic bid which can be accessed at www.gcaha.org. If you are the first bid received, with a bid equal to or greater than half the usual stud fee, you are the successful buyer. If payment is not received for the purchase, the stallion service will then be available to the next bid received. No services will be sold after June 1st of the breeding season. 3. Donations of all breeds are welcome. Buyers of non-Arabian service (i.e.; American Saddlebred, NSH, Pinto, etc.) must breed a purebred Arabian mare to these stallions, as futurity classes are open to purebred and half/Arabians only. 4.
