El Benue Asad is a 3/4 Arabian/Pinto chestnut tobiano stallion with a sweet temperament. Nice head with big eyes, long neck but with a body built for performance. Shown only once in 2004 at the Pinto Benefit/Area Championship show in March, he stood Grand Champion Stallion under all judges. He was very easy to handle even though he had not been shown since he was a weanling and had started his first breeding season.

Of the five foals born of his first foal crop in 2004, three are spotted. Two were shown at the Tulsa State Fair, Dahhaak and Gameel Ahmar, placing 6th & 7th in the Arabian Stallion Auction. Dahhaak won 1st overall in his division of the Tri-Color Pinto Futurity, placing 1st under 3 of 5 judges. Hand and pasture breeding. Contact Gail Goins for fees and health requirements.

I have 16 foals by him with only 2 being solid.  The two solids have lots of flashy chrome.  Asad is a willing, sweet natured horse with his grandfathers (flash Thru Rocky) disposition, which is passed on to his foals.
